After all the falsehoods which I in have the last few weeks in the statements of Tapasniks found and studied, I noticed only now that I have found no discrepancies in the testimony of Diane Webster, Fiona Payne's mother. Sure, their statements differ in some respects from those of other passengers, but could not really discover false statements, not me.

While all other parties at least a gross untruth could be converted,

• Matthew Oldfield log relating to the description of the apartment where he had checked Madeleine and the twins said.

• Jane Tanner's statement that she would have passed to Gerry and Jeremy Wilkins is, by any of the confirmed two, and the street was empty and not very wide

• David Payne's report that he Madeleine to 18: Viewed 00 want it in so many variations that even the British police were suspicious

• Rachael Oldfield, Fiona Payne and Russell O'Brien Robert Murat is the only heavy-loaded, claiming he was on the evening of 3 May at the apartment was

there by Diane Webster no obvious falsehoods. What if it is the only uninitiated? The only one that has seen the events completely unbiased? Then we could see their statements as a fixed reference point. The only person whose testimony could believe it, while all others are questionable.

The Trip from seven of the nine tourists in the afternoon of the 3rd May for the beach restaurant Paraiso, a total deviation in the routine and without any of the McCann family would then have a meaning. The grandmother had to be diverted so as not to notice that Madeleine would not be at the dinner of the children in his area of tapas, and not during the subsequent play on the playground as it usually was given once every evening.

She was the only one who could tell the police exactly when she had last seen Madeleine - namely on the evening of 2 May at 17:00 clock at dinner the children .. She also stated categorically that they Matthew Oldfield, in his first check of the Children and not be met as they went to dinner. They also told police that the shutters were NOT open when she went out to test whether they could move up it. Which of course could not. She also could not confirm that Gerry and Matthew were at all at the table when they entered the restaurant in the evening.

If all of these truths may be lost in an abundance of inaccuracies and contradictions in order to disguise the most important fact that Madeleine was last seen at 17:00 the previous day clock?
