Polaris Snowmobile Speedometer Earing

Russell O'Liar 2

A change in Russell's statement in my opinion deserves special attention:

original: The Nanny had brought the children up for readiness for tea, I can not say if I saw Madeleine when I came back '
Modified: I collected from E *** The Ocean Club before she went up to tea at the tapas bar, I can not say Whether Madeleine was there or not.

In his first statement he describes as the nannies, the children, including his daughter, Ella, on the afternoon of the 3rd May by the Children's Club brought to the tapas restaurant. This was usually around 16:45 and then it was 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. dinner there for the children. His focus in the first statement is on to explain that he Madeleine has not seen it. In this case it forgets that he was not there according to plan. The plan was that he Exxx already before the children had left the children's club, had picked up there, and that they therefore NOT at the dinner attended.

Unfortunately, he is in the description of the afternoon but that he was only around 16:30, from sailing to the beach came and then went swimming in the sea yet. So he can hardly Exxx not have picked up before 16:45 in the children's club.

The alibi for the afternoon consists in part of the record on the surveillance camera in the restaurant Paraiso on the beach, where the whole group met in addition to the McCanns for drinks and to give children something to serve for dinner. As the records to see is appears but only Russell at 17:52 for the first time in this restaurant .

What is more likely therefore to believe that he very much for dinner the children in the tapas restaurant was, together with Kate, Gerry, the twins and Exxx? When leaving the tapas reception took place around 17:30 'Madeleine' from the attendance of the children's clubs, remained empty during Exxxs entry and was later completed by the Nanny later. The cook later remembered the nice family with the twins and older daughter. Exxx saw Madeleine of all children, the most similar, was the same age and same size. Did the friends protested so vehemently, therefore, that it was not Mr. O'Brien to Madeleine, who had booked the table at the tapas restaurant, testified as the receptionist? Because it really was with Russell Exxx and the similarity be concealed had?

any case, Russell did appear to have enough time to 5:30 p.m. to 5:52 p.m. in the Paraiso and the camera to present there. And perhaps more daring with his daughter on his shoulders a little dance, what later became the owner of the restaurant sold incorrectly to the newspaper . This is the third mix of the two girls.

This is a theory that arises from the discrepancies and changes to the statements and attempts to interpret them. Had these discrepancies and comprehensive changes are not given or only a minimal amount would be, no need to explain this.
